I'm also based in Edinburgh, although could certainly do with a few recommendations for sources of fresh beans. Or any shops capable of grinding me a proper espresso grind until i get my own grinder later in the year.

Check out Artisan Roast, Freemans in Marchmont for Square Mile/James Gourmet/Coffee Collectif etc, BrewLab. They should all be able to grind whatever beans you buy. Or if you find yourself in Glasgow give me a shout and ill grind them for you and give you a coffee for the road!
