Is it tripping the breaker or RCD.

Unplug it, disconnect heating elements, see if it still does it when you plug in and turn on again. If it doesn't reconnect each one in turn until it does.

@Walter Sobchak well you now know it's not the heating elements, which saves you work and money.

I asked you a question before for a reason...about RCD, fuse, breaker. It was important

Ok, you need to try disconnecting (in a stages) the pump, then the autofill solenoid, finally the Gicar or Giemmie box mains connectors.

Eventually you will find the component causing the fault.
