Hi, I got a jiffy snack van and I’ve just fitted a revolution coffee machine, I’m just wondering what kind of inverter I would need to power it. Thanks

It depends on the technical specifications of the coffee machine, how much power it draws when idle, how much when grinding and making coffee. and for how long it's drawing the higher power per coffee x how many coffees per day you think you will do. Plus will you be using it for hot water, how much power does that use when it runs and how many for how long.

The only answer I can give at the moment is an expensive one and some very expensive quality deep cycle leisure batteries.

I don’t like – Sticks and Stones, beans that are sour, green…or rancid (horrible). Quakers hide until you roast them, then they scream out at you in the cooling tray, pick em out and flick them in the bin.. Lifes too short for bad coffee!
