Hello, I have recently made a move to mountainous countryside in southern Poland and I'm really enjoying the environment... but I do miss the coffee variety London had to offer. I have been using Proper Coffee from Bielsko-Biala, which are great so far, but just as I've explored coffees in the UK I am now keen on checking whats up in Central Europe Any recommendations?
Are you looking for a roaster to buy from or coffee shops? I only tried one roaster nd that was both well priced and good, however had limited options to put the beans through paces when they were fresh (was visiting for a few weeks so by the time I brought coffee back to UK, it was 3-4 weeks after roasting).
