Surely you need an Italian machine for that? 😂

For a Londinium, given it's made in the UK... @haventadog... Have you tried cheese on toast, or even better, beans on toast? 😉 👍

It’s a slippery slope!

I once saw a vid of Gale from Seattle Coffee Gear making scrambled eggs with a steam wand of all things.

Plus a forum member also managed to melt a big chocolate bar into the internals of his espresso machine this year as well by leaving it on the warming plate... 😬

Just tried scrambled eggs (after watching some videos, obvs) in various versions.
Definitely A Thing - I won't be going back to conventional methods.
I'd be so worried it would clog my machine up!

Did someone say coffee?

:Gaggia Classic--> Nuova Simonelli Oscar--> Fracino Cherub—> La Pav Europiccola:

:Mazzer SuperJolly:

You need purge and clean the wand immediately (i.e. before plating the egg), and don't use the same cloth you use for steaming milk. It's worth having a small container of water nearby to help wash the egg off.
