Home built low water sensor

Recommended Posts

Cupboard clearance on my Syncronika is pretty tight, which makes checking the water level a bit of a faff. So I've done a bit of geekery & hooked up an Arduino Nano to a Time of Flight sensor & a small OLED.

After a fair amount of head scratching with repeatability it seems to work pretty well.

Huh, I'd never have thought of using a time of flight sensor like that. Clever.

I'd intended to use a float switch for a low water sensor, never really got around to it though.
