Ive been meaning to buy the plastic sushi kits. They look so easy

We have a couple and they are good and easy to use. But we are moving house soon (hopefully) and they have been packed away.

I find the hardest part getting the rice right.

Finally finished our hallway

Last night I made espresso martinis, they were very drinkable but a bit potent! 🥴🍸🍸

Made the first batch with vodka and the second ones with bourbon and orange zest. Not sure it counts as a martini though, probably needs a new name.

Makes two: 80ml Tia Maria, 80ml espresso, 120ml vodka/bourbon. Shake with ice until the metal frosts, strain into chilled glasses.

Yes yes, I know what you're thinking; 'those truffles look so good that he couldn't possibly have made them', but with time and dedication you too can achieve similar results.😃

Made a shelter for the wood fired oven at the start of lockdown.  Stole the design from one Costco were selling.  Took much longer than it should have but satisfying.

The Sunday boule, sourdough starter still going strong.  Use of the discard has upped crepe and pancake consumption in the house by a ridiculous amount.
