Personally, if I were to choose one of them, I’d go for the Duo Temp Pro and get a better grinder to pair with it. Niche, Eureka Mignon, depends on your budget. You could get a second hand Eureka Mignon for under £200.

Please google and do some research yourself. It’s like comparing a Hyundai i20 to a VW polo. They are both cars, but there are differences. In the case of the grinders, the Eureka Mignon, is a trial, tested, maintainable, repairable no frills sturdy grinder which will last you a lifetime. The Sage.... well, it’s marketed as a kitchen appliance. Honestly, please google and research. There are other grinders too.

As for the £200 for the Mignon, you can get them second hand when they pop up on the For Sale section of this forum.

There are other machines on the FS section too, for under £200... just a thought.

Good luck.
