St Austell

Recommended Posts

I will be down around St Austell in Cornwall next week although because of children I wont be able to travel off to far.

I would like to pick up soem coffee from a local roaster when down that way, does anyone know of any shops or coffee shops about that I might be able to pick up some locally roasted beans? A little research and I see some roasters about falmouth but I dont think I will make it that far.

Guess the nearest place for you would be Truro. Pop into 108 - they brew with Origin beans. Best give them a call first to see if they also sell beans.

Thanks for all the recommendations! After all that I basically drunk rubbish coffee in cafes that looked like the coffee would be rubbish....

But I did manage to tie a run in down the coast path to short and strong for 2 bags of fruity looking origin and picked up a bag of Yallah - house single origin brazilian espresso from brown sugar in Fowey.

Really looking forward to trying these 2 new roasters for me.
