Octopus funnel lid

Recommended Posts

Hi.

What are people using as the lid once the octopus funnel mod had been done?

I have been using the lid off of my old Iberital MC2 but am just selling this so need to replace with something! Suggestions / offers gratefully recieved.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have loads of burr apple wood lying around that usually gets burnt that would look great if only I had the skills to turn it

Really nice in the log burner! But I have quite a few of the the really badly burr'd bottoms stored as I can never get my axe through them. If you are localish your welcome to them

The lid from an Airscape container fits perfectly with a good seal. It’s also transparent so looks good.

Only problem is you’re left with an Airscape with a lid missing but I’ve had mine for years and don’t really use them anymore.
