I have given them some fairly brutal feeback. The experience on the phone trying to order was horrific and I gave up ordering.

I agree - that’s a tough website to navigate. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve taken the view that they’ve spent too much on it to change it.

From what I remember, the feedback wasn't given that long ago. Even if they decided to change it, it doesn't mean it would be immediate.
