Yaxell Gou Santoku 165mm Knife

Recommended Posts

I purchased this approximately 1 year ago - I have upgraded to the Super Gou variant.

These knifes are brilliant and used by a number chefs including Tom Kerridge. They arent cheap but then neither is half the stuff we buy for coffee.

I purchased this on offer for £175 but is normally £250. Its in great condition as you can see. Photos will follow.

I'm looking for £135 posted.

Yes the blade is always kept sharp. I use a whetstone with graded stones to keep them razor. I don't like a blunt knife.
