Hello there.

I have problem and I hope you could help. My Baratza 270w sgueaks after cleaning (like a mouse) . I cleaned the grinder again and did not help. I put in new beans and changed setting. It also did not help.

Do you have any ideas what can I do next before I will send to service?

Thanks and I look forward to your response.

When does it squeak/what part squeaks? How are you cleaning the grinder?

Some will grumble about Baratza on here (usual appliance vs. machine debate...), but their customer service is really excellent. They'll usually be happy to talk over email or phone and debug what's going on so I'd give that a go before sending it anywhere.

Thanks for the quick response. When I grind beens. I think it's burrs. Certainly not the engine. This is not a regular sound. I cleaned as always. Brush and according to the instructions. A message to customer service is a good idea, but I thought it might be a trifle, and someone had a similar problem.
