Recommend me a Light RAVE bean

Recommended Posts

I will be placing an order from RAVE later on today to take advantage of the current Chatswood deal & would like to add a bean onto my order.

Normally a medium/dark bean buyer, always milk drinks.

I generally like a heavy, chocolatey mouth feel.

However I want to try something light that is completely different to the beans I normally have but still good in milk...

Any recommendations?

Currently very much enjoying their El Salvador Los Nogales and the Honduras Clave de Sol Honey. I think both would fit your criteria.

I am guessing you have already ordered now but maybe some to keep in mind for next time :) . I love Raves lighter roasts. Some recommendations for the future. Raves Crowsnest blend is my go to every morning and I order it by the Kl monthly. The Crowsnest is always a lighter roast and a 50/50% split of two beans that compliment each other. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed, its the perfect breakfast/morning coffee to start my day with. It's fragrant, rich and always has the most amazing acidity balance. They also have a medium of single origin for sale at the moment that also come out very similar in style and that is the Columbia la Cristalina. I ordered some and then quickly ordered some more as it was so yummy. Keep an eye open for the Burundi Masha when that comes up for grabs too. The Honduras Clave Del Sol Honey is pretty good too . Hope that helps a bit .
