Hello from Italy

Recommended Posts

hi, I am an Italian who would like to reproduce the quality of a good espresso at home. Mission impossible with low-end machines. I own a La Pavoni Professional of 1995 and a Faema Family grinder purchased second-hand with which I approached the espresso at home but that I have not used for some time and for convenience I bought a De Longhi EC680. Sorry for my bad english.

Hi and welcome to the forum. The La Pavoni will make great espresso and is far from low-end in what its capable of.

Input: 'Terranovered’ Versalab M3 + Mahlkonig EK43 Turkish burrs + Niche

Output: KVdW Speedster + V60 + AeroPress + Syphon + Bialetti Induction Moka Pot + Bialetti Mucka Express + jar of instant for visitors..

I'm sorry but I didn't read. In fact La Pavoni was the best equipment I had (I have it all now but set aside) but later I wanted to return to non-manual machines.
