Mines arrived! Thanks all involved for organising! It’s going to be really hard having to let it rest for 10 days now though :starving:

Christmas is saved. It's here. Marvellous, should be espresso ready by Xmas morning by my calculations. It will precede my crack of dawn champers. Thanks everyone!

I think dpd take on a lot of agency drivers around Christmas time. You can specify an exact place to leave the parcel on the tracking page.

Oh I won’t waste great coffee, I’ll just make sure I drink faster so I can guess the origin in time

Haha, I do have some sympathy with this view. It’d be interesting potentiality as this coffee changes A LOT in the first week.

So looking forward to these!

Apologies if I missed it but what was the roast date?

Thanks again :)

The post #41 says:

We've pushed hard to get this coffee profiled and out in time for Christmas delivery so packaging is a bit basic Im afraid. It was all roasted yesterday and we would reccommend a 7-10 day rest period if you can manage it but pourover folks may fancy their chances from Friday onwards.

So Tuesday 18th. :)

I cracked.. but thank G not second cracked (terrible I know..)

Ballpark grind size which turned out to be bit coarse but brew was pretty tasty. Amazing aroma and fruity taste. Most definitely natural (or not) and torn between Costa Rica and Ethiopia (180 million years ago when Gondwana existed the distance wouldn't have been unfathomable :) )

Great stuff FCR. And mega thanks to @fatboyslim and @Daren for arranging. 185c86202d11c6a15a6b8e2cf94c439f.jpg
