Hi, I like the "Old Mokotów" duo - Relaks and Kubek w kubek :)

The peculiarity of espresso beverage is the simultaneous presence of three dispersed phases coexisting within a matrix, namely a concentrated solution of salts, acids, sugars, caffeine and many other hydrophilic substances. These phases are: an emulsion of oil droplets, a suspension of solid particles and an effervescence of gas bubbles, which evolves into a foam.

MildredM's towels, joey24dirt's tamper, MaraXprofitec, Portaspresso Rossa PG Air, Niche Zero, Aergrind, IMS and VST baskets, Hario Syphon TC3, Java Maestro dripper, Chemex, French press, Gnali & Zani moka pot, Bonavita kettle & scales, modded Gene Cafe CBR 101, BWT Bestmax PREMIUM V

Well I know no places worth recommendation since I prefer shots @ home. You know, noone would make me coffee as good as me for myself ;-)

But we have really good choice of coffee roasters with superb quality beans.

There seems to be loads of places popping up all over Warsaw, is there still nothing drinkable there or do you have a rather specific coffee preference? Two years ago most places were still mostly mimicking what you can find on Instagram ie. EKs + brightly roasted coffee and underextracted brews.

I had a pretty good flat white from a coffee cart, made with La San Marco lever, at the Polia Mokotowskie Park on Sunday
