Hi all, here is my current holiday espresso setup..it is not really a small nor light one, but certainly makes great coffee :-)

The peculiarity of espresso beverage is the simultaneous presence of three dispersed phases coexisting within a matrix, namely a concentrated solution of salts, acids, sugars, caffeine and many other hydrophilic substances. These phases are: an emulsion of oil droplets, a suspension of solid particles and an effervescence of gas bubbles, which evolves into a foam.

Travelling by car has its advantages :)

I've fit it all in a 25 liter backpack except for the shock pump of course :) It was rather heavy.

Exactly :)

The only seller I could find is Prima Coffee Equipment, they sell for 80 USD, plus delivery and taxes, I paid around 100 euro for it..but it is worth it imo, it's very solid, has a two-hole tip and lots of dry steam, makes excellent microfoam and is easy to clean.
