The peculiarity of espresso beverage is the simultaneous presence of three dispersed phases coexisting within a matrix, namely a concentrated solution of salts, acids, sugars, caffeine and many other hydrophilic substances. These phases are: an emulsion of oil droplets, a suspension of solid particles and an effervescence of gas bubbles, which evolves into a foam.

You can always resort to an 'Eat & Mess' .... perhaps a right bloody mess  .... however lets hope your attempts to salvage the crop are successful, we travelled through France yesterday with a temperature varying from 4c to 16c including a hailstorm, crazy.

Well that looks really pretty for our summer kitchen and coffee corner ..........

nyngsq6l.jpg

Until we appreciated the constant shedding of petals and another small issue tucked behind a pan rack to the far left ..... there was a nest with five eggs, didn't initially take a photo as there was no apparent parent birds around, we didn't disturb it, nor because of the Wisteria petals did we set up the kitchen.

Just as well, the parents started sitting on the eggs and a week or so later ............

wwCX1ghl.jpg

Five little chicks, can they all survive .......... Being a Robin they are quite tolerant with humans around and used to fly in and out without hesitation ...

q6cP32pl.jpg

They certainly grow quickly ........

GRLH2Egl.jpg

They must be getting about ready to flit ..... still five healthy little tinkers ....

TO LET Cosy nest ideal family home ...........

Summit camp.

I’ve realised my camera gear now weighs 1.6kg whereas base walking/camping gear without camera stuff totalled 7.7kg.
Any point and shoot camera suggestions that cost less than Sony RX100 mk6?

Fantastic shot 😁

I got sick of weighty gear and went for the Canon G1X Mk3. Not sure how it compares price wise. It’s small but not ridiculously so. The results have been amazing.

Thanks - just about managed to get out of the tent in the morning! Dozed off for few more hours...

10 hours later the views were much different though:

Still undecided in the camera gear decisions! G1x m3 sounds like a hell of a fun camera by the way.

Yes, one of the older RX100 models. The older you go the cheaper they get. I doubt anyone would know the difference in the end product.. The newer ones are a ridiculous price.

Yeah, I’ll have a look at older ones or even Panasonic LX15. It’s just a complimentary camera. It will get soaked, shaken up and bashed, so it’s difficult to justify a lot of money for something like that! I’d rather not sell M4/3 setup either. I did some maths and I’d not be getting as much as I thought I would.

I got back off the hill where the sunrise shot was taken from, sorted out breakfast, drove to Glen Shee, changed rucksacks and went for another 2 Munro hill run. I had to leave camera gear behind :(.
