Michael was really helpful as usual and happy to talk everything through. If you're in central Scotland and thinking about new kit i'd recommend contacting them as they can now set equipment up for you to try in their demo room.

Contrary to what their website says, they do not have espresso machines in the coffee shop, only in the roastery (with an impression that you need to call them in advance).
