Today I have been roasting Rwanda Kopakaki at Prufrock Coffee in London as part of the coffee roasting course* led by 2015 UK Coffee Roasting Champion and General Manager at Prufrock - Matthew Robley-Siemonsma.
As an experiment we took a batch into second crack and I have 2 x 200g bags available to Coffee Forums UK members who enjoy a darker roast.
I'd like for these to go to Super Supporters.
So, leave your name down below and I will close off the thread at 9pm tonight, choosing at random 2 Super Supporters to each receive a 200g bag of these beans - roasted by me
Although I have cupped them, they are too dark for my liking but I'm sure they will hit the spot for others!
*at the time of writing there are 4 spaces left on this course in March 2016
