Scandinavian Coffee Pod, Cheltenham

Recommended Posts

Coffee roaster (and hopefully soon to be a cafe too) based in Cheltenham. They seem to follow the Scandinavian trend of roasting quite light, I have a bag of their Rocko Mountain beans at the moment and they are amazing, like a cup full of blueberries!

I popped in the other day and had a free double espresso of their Nicaraguan coffee, which was fantastic. They seem to be doing free espressos every Friday between 10am and 12am, if you're planning a visit you might want to check their twitter or their website. James, who runs the pod, is a very friendly guy and happy to chat about the coffees they have available.

Good heads up ... Cheltenham is close enough to Bristol to class as local, I'll give them a try

Will pop over there this week & try 1kg of Londrina. Good location, as can park in Waitrose for free.

The Londrina sounds like a great espresso. It might be worth ordering online and collecting for kilos, the pod is pretty cosy (5 meters sq) so I think they keep the larger bags stored elsewhere.

I've popped in there a few times. I've bought various beans from them including has bean, square mile. This is a further development and I wish them well.

I'm well stocked at the minute but shall give their beans a try.

Was looking forward to trying these ... But they don't take PayPal .. And due to my attention disorder unless I can buy in 3 clicks I can't be arsed

For those of you thinking about visiting - they're in the process of moving.

(round the corner, and to a bigger space - although integrating the pod which is a nice touch)
