Try making your espresso and freezing it into cubes rather than watering your drink down with water ice cubes.

Share your recipe for making an ideal glass of iced latte!

Try it before knocking it: steam and texture that milk and pour hot over ice cubes (it'll cool down pretty quick), pour espresso over the top and add a tiny dash of sugar syrup. (Just mix a tiny bit of sugar in some water)

stole this off Shaun who runs noble in London, spectacularly simple but so good. (Don't go for the volume of a latte, think more flat white)

Just tried this, nice texture but you'd need a lot of ice to cool it down. The 10oz one stayed warm, and the 12oz one only got cool towards the end of the drink

Helps if you don't go "extra hot" (what's the opposite of this? I guess "not as hot") and don't use too much milk - you can get away with about 4 ice cubes in a glass I find - I guess I'm not looking for something ice cold though!

It Was definitely a revelation when I first had one of these though!
