Skee Mask - Compro

Phenomenal. 10/10 album. Listen to on a true hi-fi setup for an hour of absolute listening bliss.

Another Skee Mask fan here. 'Routine' is my favourite track.

If you like Audiobooks, and this genre, then True Grit really is an outstanding listen. Donna Tart narrates, she has the perfect voice and delivery for this fab book.

Mrs WD's out doing crafting, I've been doing stuff around the garden and decided to take advantage of her absence.

Havent listened to this for 20 years as Mrs WD isnt too keen (an understatement) on his voice

Nice show I am sure, not sure why Mr's Page and Plant (and Jones?) were in the audience though?

I've just started listening to very early 90's Dance Mark Moore stuff....progressing from acid house. S'Express Mantra for a state of mind

I'm back on free jazz - and Viking disco (The Thing) - it just seems to suit the times we are living in. Recently saw the Sun Ra Arkestra at Ronnie Scott's, Joe Mcphee (and Paal Nilssen-Love*) at Cafe Oto and will be seeing Archie Shepp back at Ronnie's next month. Also back listening to vinyl. The digital wash ain't really doing it enough - after live performances, I think vinyl is like the speciality coffee music format. (*drums with The Thing and countless other people)

The Whole Of The Moon. Picture this, me and Minty walking down a very straight, quiet, deserted lane, iPods inserted and tuned in to The Waterboys  and as  . . . I wandered out in the world for years . . . Filled my ears I’m dancing and twirling and feeling 25 years young again, eyes closed, lost in the moment . . . when all of a sudden there’s a WOOF! And lo and behold I opened my eyes to see a tractor  right  in front of me, the driver trying to pretend he’d seen something across the field to his left. Oh how I bet he laughed to himself as he drove away from the demented woman and her dog jigging down his lane

I’m trying to gel with Jill Scott’s older albums again. More preachy soul than poetic R&B like the first two.
