Off to Pakistan tomorrow, to fix 8 marzoccos

Recommended Posts

So, I'm flying to Karachi, Pakistan tomorrow to sort out 8 Marzocco linea 2 groups - Some quite new (PID), some working "ok", some not. One ransacked for spares (so a rebuild), and one or two to convert to PID.

Should be fun...and an interesting challenge!

I'm going to try to post updates on twitter: @spressotech

Wish me luck! All that to do in 5 days.....

Good luck! Sounds like an interesting project. Do you have to take all the parts you might need with you?

Most parts shipped in advance (abt £3k worth), and some extras, tools etc in my baggage.

Imodium? Nah...I've got a cast iron stomach (I think...hope!)

It's not your stomach that will be the problem:)

I always think of that song by Johnny Cash - Ring of Fire

I expect when they come over here and start eating western food they think of that song by Ashford & Simpson - Solid
