Ok so it may light up the kitchen and bring down local small aircraft but I love it! Think the lights may become a gimmick but can turn off independently at least. Although took nearly 10 weeks to arrive, great communications and service from the guys at Bella Barista. Absolutely love it so far.

Afternoon all. I just got into this espresso coffee, namely for making lattes in the morning and just got the Sette 270 and the new (to me) Gaggia Classic up and running. A quick history on what I have tried so far. Fresh (beans)from a local store. I started with a setting on the Sette of about 3 with 18g of beans in a double PF basket. With that I couldn't get very little if any flow with a moderate tamp. I did the same weight of beans and went to a setting of 5 and was a little different, but still not anywhere close to where I needed to be. So I went to the same weight of

Does anyone have experience with this grinder? Does it grind fine enough for an espresso machine like the gaggia classic? What am I losing from getting this vs the 270? thanks

Hello all, I'm increasingly looking into setting up a home espresso station in my small kitchen - currently thinking of a Baratza Sette 270 (possibly Wi) followed by a La Pavoni Europiccola but still toying with the idea of getting the Sage Bambino Plus first just to get wet behind the ears. Originally planned to get a De'Longhi EC685 for the footprint but bought a Smeg ECF01 which went back as it failed twice. I had considered the Sage Barista Express and Pro being they were 2-in-1 but the size would dominate my current worktop hence the idea of splitting the grinder and espres
