  1. Only started drinking green tea mainly for supposed health benefits, not fat burning. Had some from specialist online sites,Adagio and London Teamakers etc. Have tried various from these sites,Sencha,Sleeping Dragon,White Monkey,Gunpowder,to name a few.I will only be drinking 3 or 4 cups a day so am looking for just the one type to replace my normalPG Tips,Typhoo etc. They seem pretty expensive to me.Wondering how the quality of tea compares with brands from supermarkets like Twinings or a couple from that Waitrose do.Always imagine the supermarkets type would contain less of the “goodness” than the online stuff but could be wrong. I know about what temps to steep at etc. just looking for the perfect one for my everyday use.
  2. Hi, could you please complete this survey (preferably males). This is to gain market research for a university project based upon men and their consumption of tea. Here is the link. Thanks in advance https://jfe.qualtrics.com/form/SV_eguFi4uNfBGEobX This survey was not cleared with forum moderators and was made by a new member - think carefully before you click the link
  3. Is it possible to make green tea in the aeropress? If so how?

  5. I do alot of strange things, but this one actually worked pretty well. You take your tea/ teabag stick it in your basket, turn on your machine for a second to let it infuse a little bit and then pour your tea. Did this on my De'longhi EC145 just incase, however results were lovely, have done it several times since because I cant be bothered to clean out my teapot. Also my basket insures there is no bits in my tea! This is a lovely setup for looseleaf green tea, (whats in the cup was from the second batch as the first was a little light coloured) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gaggia TS, having considered this safe with my smaller machine I decided maybe move to the turkishly fine Matcha ceremony grade tea into my basket. Honestly matcha in the basket does not work too well, it tastes good. Better combo is matcha in the steamwand in a jug of milk and make it like a hotchocolate (Make sure to add a sugar or two or some honey/ alternative to make it extra tasty)
