  1. Deli Doser brand new never used. For the Fiorenzato F5 grinder (probably fits the equivalent mazzer) Priced the individual parts yesterday at the Espresso Shop approx £67+Vat I'll do this at £50 plus postage at cost This is what it looks like on the grinder https://www.caffesociety.co.uk/fiorenzato-f5d-retail-coffee-grinder
  2. Hey guys, After around five years of excellent service I am putting my current setup for sale as I'm upgrade to a HX Rocket machine. Gaggia Classic (Pre-Phillips) 2002 model MrShades PID with increased steam power, this is a rather significant upgrade both for your everyday espresso but also any milk steaming you're going to do OPV Mod Rancilio Silva steam wand Recently changed group head gasket Machine was used with filtered water since I've had it and backflushed every couple of weeks to keep it clean and the drinks tasty Classic double spouted portafilter an
  3. Selling my F5 as moving to a bean to cup machine. (please don't judge). Bought from Coffeechap on here a couple of years back. Been modded to single dose with sweeper installed. No switch, I just turn it on with a pair of pliers I keep in the kitchen drawer and then turn off at the mains when finished. Burrs in decent nick. I use this with a Classic and its a good combination. £145 delivered.
  4. Selling this grinder I bought from the forum last year. Will put link on. I bought it for decaff but never really got into it so only put about 1kg through it. Decent condition, see pics, I added a lens cap following original sale. No hopper with sale. I'm looking for £100, collection only as I'd be wary of posting, weighs 12.4kg and not sure i'd get a box strong enough. I could deliver within reason, 20-30 radius of Glasgow. Here's the link from original sale: https://coffeeforums.co.uk/showthread.php?34328-Fiorenzato-F5
  5. Hi all, I recently obtained a used Fiorenzato F5, the previous owner said it had been used in a coffee shop. Everything seems to be in working order, I have taken it apart and cleaned it out, the burrs seem fairly sharp still (though I am quite new to this so I could be wrong). As this is my first espresso grinder and I have read that a few members in this forum own or have owned this machine, I was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips or general advice? It takes a lot of effort to adjust the grind, I kind of have to get over it and use a full grip to twist the collar. Is th
  6. Hi There, I've got a Fiorenzato F5 grinder for sale. Works well, only had about 100g of coffee through it since ti was last cleaned. Comes with the hopper and working doser. As far as i'm aware, these are exactly the same as the Mazzer Super Jolly Grinders and share the same consistent bombproof construction. I'm after £200 and can post. Cheers Callum
  7. Hi, I've managed to barter the seller down to £170 including postage for a Fiorenzato F5. Is it worth the price? The item is from Sofia, Bulgaria, which concerns me a little bit (but his English is perfect and he refers to things in pounds, so not sure if he is an ex-pat). I don't know much about this grinder but I've read that its of similar quality to a Mazzer Super Jolly, what do you guys think... shall I go for it or hold off? Cheers, Rich
  8. Moving house soon and smaller kitchen means I need to scale down appliances! I have a Fiorenzato F5 Grinder which is in good working order, though aesthetically a little challenged. Been using it for around a year and has been superb for me. No urge to replace it, but needs must. I believe it is a well-thought of device - apparently not quite in the Mazzer SJ league but not far from it - do some googling and see if you agree. I find it gives very consistent results, though grinds do seem to collect in the chute (I only ever do a cup at a time so notice this more than some would). It
  9. I have a Fiorenzato F5 I picked up off eBay which says is 2006 model and it looks like its seen some action. As a complete coffee noob I'm not sure if its performance could be improved with new burrs. To my novice eyes it seems to be pretty good so far, but are there some tests I can do to verify?
  10. I was looking for a grinder, a complete newbie with a new Gaggia classic when I read this post http://coffeeforums.co.uk/showthread.php?8663-grinder-from-quot-coffeechap-quot I contacted him and was equally impressed! One 6 hour (yes 6 hour but it was worth it) return trip to Swindon and I have a lovely refurbished Fiorenzato F5. Love the grinder, great price and as alisingh said its the knowledge help and enthusiasm that really made the trip worthwhile. Really glad I went the commercial refurbished route rather than that cuisinart I was thinking about!
