Hi guys, I was hoping if anyone has figured out or encountered a problem with this machine "Franke Pura". This particular model has a milk refrigerator attached next to the main machine. My office, serving about 80+ staffs, was frequently bombarded by trouble at the coffee machine, and I thought the admin staff might appreciate some help from us, coffee enthusiasts. One of the most reoccurring problem would be that the boiler always doesn't reach the required temperature and prevents the machine from heating up milk. Apparently, in my thoughts, there are 2 boilers in the ma

Good Morning All, Over the past few weeks I have been speaking to various people on this forum and decided its time to upgrade. After debating wether to go with the Rocket (more hand on) or the Sage Oracle (Super Automatic) I have decided to go with the Sage Oracle. So.... I now have for sale my beloved Sage Barista Express. I would much rather sell it on here as apposed to eBay as I know you all appreciate good coffee machines and that we all look after our kit much more than the average Joe! Everything that came with my Express is going including the additional Knock Box I bought

For sale - Melissa Varianza CSP Bean-to-Cup machine with milk frothing - £400 + delivery. the machine is in excellent condition and in perfect working order. One of the best reviewed bean-to-cup machines available - reviewed on these pages and on the Redber website, from where I purchased the machine in October 2016. Purchased for £650 14 months ago, still 10 months of the guarantee remaining. I used to use the machine regularly when working from home, but unfortunately I can no longer do this so not using the machine often enough to justify keeping it. Regularly cleaned and descaled

Sometimes you just get lucky. I thought people may be interested in this tale. Just because I like to fiddle with mechanical things, I occasionally buy items listed as spares or repairs on ebay and try to fix them. This Miele bean to cup machine was listed fairly locally as faulty (no description of fault), so I put a bid of £10 on. My reasoning was that even if I couldn’t fix it, I would have £10 worth of play and perhaps may even get a few universal spares out of it. It used to be advertised as being built of components designed to last 20 years and I was curious to have a look

Hi everyone. I’m looking to upgrade. I had a Francis Francis x1, then Nespresso when we had twins for the ease. It’s now time to get something decent. I was going to buy the sage barista express but I’m now tempted by the lelit anita. Any advice? My budget is around £500. I’d love a La Pavoni but I’m not sure I can commit the time and am a bit worried about small children being burnt. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am very close to buying a Gaggia Anima Prestige, can I request comments based on the following; I am in Muscat, Oman and there is an agent here but demands exorbitant premium GBP 950. If I buy the machine from UAE I can get it for GBP585. I am positive that I won't pay the premium for warranty, should I just take the plunge and buy without warranty? I see Amazon has 23% one star reviews which kind of scares me away from purchase without warranty. Can I please get some advice and user experience review? I have Nespresso and Dolce Gusto, but I believe that a bea

Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum and have been an avid coffee drinker for a number of years. I have recently replaced my old Jura Bean-to-Cup coffee machine with a new one I found recently so I thought I would share my experience. It looks like a relatively new model to the market as their is limited information online about it so I was a bit dubious at first. However I have been pleasantly surprised! The machine is the "LATASSE FINESSE". It feels superior in many ways to my old Jura and other machines I have had in the past. The built in milk frother is really powerful and q

It's a Jura Ena3. my first impression is that it's not really very good but I thought I'd check in and see if anyone can help me get a half decent drink out of it. i started with some medium roasted beans from a local to me Swiss roaster. They are normally sweet and malty. i set the grinder to the tightest of the three grind settings and 40 ml of water (the machine looks to be using around 10-14g of coffee per pour. The result was horrendously under-extracted. i set the shot to 'strong' which I think increases the dose because the flow appears to slow and increased the wa
