Hi, I am Jason Hennessey from Atlanta, GA & I'm new to this site. I am a new comer & have just put forward my first step in the vast & fast world of Internet & Web. I don't have much knowledge regarding coffee but would like to gain & share whatever i have. My favorite coffee is coffee laté shake. This coffee shake is a thick and chilly delight, flavored with coffee and chocolate. Hope we get to meet here, and talked about cool stuffs about our passions and if there's any concerns you think i could answer, please do leave me a message. 'Till next

Congratulations on your UKBC title today Gwilym! I couldn't think of a nicer person to represent the UK at the WBC in Atlanta in a few months time. This years standard was extremely high and it is a sign of the growth of the industry. I hope the preparations for Atlanta go well and hope to catch you in a few weekends time, hard at work as usual. All the best from Coffee Forums UK

I know from a different thread that a few people were watching the WBC in Copenhagen, but I was wondering if anyone was going for any barista competitions this year, or if anyone had already competed? If you are wanting to compete, but haven't, do you have any questions? And people who have already competed, do you have any tips on presentation, music or even signature drinks? As a competition virgin myself (and hoping to enter the UKBC this coming year), I'd love any kind of inspiration or advice from would-be or have-been competitors. Thought I'd throw it out there. Cheers, Seam
