    2 things strike me straight up.

    1) Lack of African beans (not total but....)
    2) India being up there.....

    Nicely animated, it's very interesting to see different countries come and go, while others are on a steady rise (Vietnam) or simply stay number one once and forever...

    Absolutely... in the last sequence it says, Africa only accounts for a 10% share in total!

    Vietnam being second and mostly Robusta beans is a little worrying!

    It is their declared goal to become number one in coffee production (citation needed)... but Brazil seems sooo uncatchable. Interestingly, they appear to not have learned their history lesson too well. Relying so heavily on agriculture/monoculture, as a whole country, can have devastating effects in no time. 1930 ongoings with the global economic crash, starvation, revolution and coffee burning - all been there before.
