I have the Lido 3, which I love for it's ability to produce consistent grinds. Recently it's been annoying me that it's just a little tricky to make tiny adjustments and to get back to the exact same spot as one you may know that works well. I'm considering possibly changing/upgrading (only just at the considering stage right now). My initial thoughts were "go for the Lido Espresso". Is it worth looking into different brands that may have made the grinding process easier in a hand grinder - both the actual physical process of grinding (the Lido isn't exactly the easiest to grind with) and the adjustment process? Or should I just suck it up and stick with what I have? An electric grinder is a no go - it has to be a hand grinder. I don't particularly need a large hopper, I only ever grind a single dose at a time, so as long as it can hold 20g that's fine for me.
