I'm descaling my dad's DeLonghi bean-to-cup machine for him. This is its first descaling and everything seemed to be going according to the instructions until about 10 minutes ago, when the cycle stopped. The instructions say that when the cycle finishes, the water and steam indicators flash. But it is the descale and steam indicators which are on. Now I'm wondering whether to cancel the cycle completely and proceed with the rinsing cycle, or wait a while longer to see if the cycle finishes itself. If anyone here has one of these machines, can you give me some advice on what to do no

Hello, After only 17,488 coffees! ... our De’Longhi ECAM 23.450.S is suffering from brain or bladder problems. This is a failure to direct water to the group for either rinsing or coffee-delivery. The water drains internally to the tray and the good, dry, ground coffee gets dumped to the grounds container. I have descaled and even opened the box to check internal pipes and valves; but there have been no improvements in this wasteful but intermittent fault. I suspect it could be a sticky directional solenoid valve or a logic controller failure - any recommendations from forum ex

Hi, happy new year fellow coffee lovers. Ive been a fan of the site for a while now but need some advice please. The problem is my beloved prima Donna ECAM 26.455M has finally stopped working. I regularly descale and clean but about a 6 months ago the milk frother stopped working, it seemed to be through a lack of steam/pressure but i just continued to use the steam wand. The wand did spit and steam on occasion when a espresso was being made but i just put up with it. Unfortunately it recently stopped even producing steam and has now got the empty circuit error code. Is it a fix

Hi All, Please can I have some advice. Just found out that my family have bought a Delonghi coffee machine for me for Christmas. Wife told me off for looking for grinders and coffee machines. I was thinking of investing on Mazzar SJ and Giggia Classic. Is Delonghi any good compare to the Giggia Classic? I would be grateful for your advice. many thanks in advance. Mark.

Hey folks, After browsing for a while thought I'd get a bit more involved. I was thinking about getting a delonghi bean to cup machine but after browsing the forums am now going for an aeropress and reasonable grinder. I'm the only one in the house who drinks coffee and limit myself to one Americano per day. Any more plays havoc with my J Pouch (intestinal surgery). So definitely going for an aeropress and something like a Delonghi kg79 grinder or maybe push the boat out a bit more on a better second hand one. I've done a fair bit of research on grinders so far and whilst hand
