  1. Recently I took my Hario Mini Mill Slim hand grinder to an even where a few people ended up using it - someone has over-tightened the burrs and now I can't adjust them at all, and cannot grind. Does anyone know how I could take this apart completely to fix the problem? Can't seem to see any way to get to the burrs other than the adjusting wheel beneath them... Any suggestions / manuals appreciated!

  3. Hi Glenn, Thanks! I actually just placed an order with James' Gourment yesterday - almost ordered the Karimikui but didn't (went for the Guatemalan San Juan La Laguna instead, after reading it's description as being a "wow" coffee)... will definitely try the Kenyan next... I brew at home using mainly Hario syphon, but also v60 pourover and aeropress. Look forward to hearing what else you would recommend! Thanks Bek
  4. So um, I'm not really that clued in when it comes to forums... give me blogs and twitter and google and I'm set... but forums I find overwhelming... However, I am on a quest to find astounding coffees, and specifically that are available in the UK - there are loads of good ones out there, which I have tried, but I want something that will rip my face off with flavour... So welcome any recommendations! Oh, and hello... Bek
