  1. Just watched a good vid on the tube. I understand it better now thanks. I’ll go check for blockages tomorrow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  2. Dave its a twin boiler. Would this make a difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  3. Appreciate that Dave thanks. What I can add is I never hardly ever used the hot water wand at all so I can't imagine it has a blockage. I'm from Cumbria and I use tap water, always have, it's not hard at all. When I turn the hot water tap there is nothing, no water no sound, nothing at all, like its dead. Could it be something other than a blockage. taking into account the minimal amount of times it's been used, I'm talking no more that 5 times. Thanks for the help so far, if you need more info please ask away. Jon
  4. Steam wand is still as good as ever brew head still good but the hot water, nothing at all...
  5. Apologies post now re produced in technical issues section.
  6. Come to operate the hot water wand on Friday and nothing came out. I have noticed in the past that the pressure seemed to be dropping but now there is no water at all, not even a sound when I operate the hot water tap/wheel. Just wondered if anyone has experienced this issue or in fact knows how to fix? I don't really have a lot of time on my hands to start opening things up.

  8. That was great, love the pimped up Gaggia :-)
  9. Well I did it! After a look on YouTube at a general break down/removal of an E61 cam, I managed to remove, clean, re grease and re install the cam from my Expobar Leva. It's now smooth as snail snot! Also a big tight was the steam knob so I removed all the gubbins and gave that a going over also. I can't stress enough though that having the correct tools and silicone grease all to hand during the procedure is paramount. Won't think twice now when I have to do it again. Thanks guys Jon
  10. I have cleaned the group head and back flushed with Cafiza on a few occasions.
  11. I have a Brewtus double boiler tank and plumbed in version, I use tank. I think the time has come for me to service the machine as the group head leaver is not as smooth as it once was to operate and is beginning to squeak when raised. To be honest I don’t have a great deal of time to give a service a go plus I’ve never had to do it before. Is there a general how to guide somewhere for servicing an E61 group head which would also explain what greases or o rings I would need? Or is there a service company who could take a look. Does Bella B support services? Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks Jon
  12. Rave's Ethiopia Magarissa #2 (2017 Harvest) Soooo nice and its on special at the moment!
  13. I have Stereotype from Atkinsons lovely, ground it up for French press. It seems more flavourful at a cooler temp. This might be my new go to bean shop!
  14. Hiya guys, Where is the best place to have my Expobar Brewtus twin boiler serviced? Thanks
  15. Well I’d just like to say a massive thanks to the kind folk at Bellabarrista. They sent me out two gaskets free of charge. Thanks again Jon
