  1. I had a similar experience, but I wrote to trading standards then told the manager that I’m taking matters further with legal action and I swiftly got my long awaited refund that day!

  4. I ordered a grinder that cost me £120 in early December. The grinder was for a Christmas present but it never turned up. Not once did I receive an email to apologise or to explain what was happening. I then asked for a refund as I no longer wanted or needed the grinder that never turned up and there was no reply. After about 4 more emails someone said yes, of course! Still no refund. Several emails later...still no refund. I have now sent at least 20 emails and I still haven’t received a refund and have stopped recieving replies from the company. There is no other way to contact them other tha
