  3. Got mine in the week and they're delicious. Had one this morning and it tasted even better than the past two days, no idea how the flavours change day to day but they seem to. Thanks again Darren and HH, as usual for this, happy drinker here.
  4. Received. Thank you very much for organizing.

  6. Just tried an espresso and I'm going to go for Nicaragua.
  7. Thanks again guys for organizing, I'll be letting mine rest until I've got through my current stash, hopefully I'll get it open before next weekend.
  8. Paid. Many thanks to organizers.

  10. ashcroc, I'm not looking for used pucks by the way just wanting to see what the folks on here did with theirs, which led me to think what the coffee shops do as they obviously use lots more than the home coffee drinker.
  11. As per the title, just seeing how you dispose of your used pucks? How do you dispose of the contents of the knock box or wherever your used coffee pucks end up? At the moment I'm putting mine onto the garden and I'm going to see how that particular part of the garden responds to growing veg, flowers and the like. Not sure the best, environmentally friendly way to dispose of these and it got me thinking what everyone else does. I've done a bit of research and it looks like composting is the best way. Also what about the coffee shops? Do they have a special way of recyc
  12. No worries that's OK. I can recommend Proraso it's menthol and lathers up a real treat rather easily and is very reasonably priced. If you haven't tried it that is. There is probably good reason it's been around so long.
  13. I've got a Geo F Trumper Sandalwood shaving soap that's been sat in the cupboard forever it's not boxed though just wrapped in tissue. It takes forever to get through shaving soaps and never got round to using this one so it's new, well not new but not used if you know what I mean. Let me know if you don't get a better offer as I'd swap this for your soap if you like.
  14. I don't know if this will help but I have this same grinder and I only use double shots which take between 10.5 and 11.5 seconds to dose, bean dependent, I have been using the tamper after about 8 seconds. I take the pf out and place the tamper on top of the grinds and just use the weight of the tamper to gently push the grinds down then place pf back into grinding position and continue for the remaining time, this process has been successful for me so far with no channeling or issues. I've had my Specialita for a few months and this process works for me.
