Great, I have PMed my address. I'm confident I'll take it subject to postage.

Hi, I'm interested in this but can you confirm the mechanical condition and if all is in good working order? Looks tidy from the pics but any issues we're not seeing? Unfortunately I'd also need postage, so if all is good can you also quote for that. Many thanks

Oh yes, apologies. It was a Davesater asking on a very similar model. Not sure if I can, don't see the option anywhere.

Hi Dave, a few questions: 1. Is the year 2002? Is that the date of production on the label. 2. Is the wand in full working order? Do you modify? 3. Any maintenance history? 4. Why are you selling? cheers

Great many thanks. I now have enough posts to access the sale area so will get looking. -
I'm also on the lookout for a burr grinder to pair with the classic and here looking for info. At least we can safely assume the classic is a good starter machine.

Thanks for the response! Yeah, I'd like to get into the sale area but funny how to need to collect a few posts first? Anyway, I'm on my way now. -

I can't really spend more than £500 on the full new setup and would like to take that over a few months so am pretty much decided on a Gaggia Classic paired with a Sage smart grinder pro as I've seen lots for good prices. My main query therefore is which first? Would it be better coffee from the bialetti paired with a smart grinder or the Gaggia Classic with pre ground presumably using the pressurised bask
