  3. I've been umm'ing and ah'ing about this all day. I've been struck by upgrade-itis recently for my humble ascaso, though not sure if I should really be spending the money (but upgrade-itis always wins). An older model such as this would therefore suit me perfectly rather than spending more on a newer one - but I'm going to ask if it would be possible at an offer of£260? I can drive down to Great Bookham on a weekend to pick up (I live in SE London).
  4. This is going to sound really stupid.... Are the labels/stickers (on the hopper for example) easily removable?
  5. Hi! When you post the pictures, would it be possible to show the broken foot lug mentioned on the black tray? This sounds just like what I've been after, but will need to see pictures before deciding :-) Thanks!
  6. Hi - I tried to pm you, but it says your mailbox is full.
  7. Just wanted to note that the thread title is £100, but the listing quotes £95 - which is why I offered this above.
  8. Hi - I have a friend who has been after a Gaggia Classic - so I'll happily take this for £95 with all the extras. Can pick up from Bethnal Green area easily enough
  9. If at first you don't succeed, try try again.... And Then keep trying
  10. I have no idea what I'm doing - but I'm learning
  11. I'm right by there - so why not? Can't have too many milk jugs. I work by Fenchurch street so can trade whenever is best.
  12. Elephant and castle? If so, I'm just round the corner and would be happy to pick up the rancilio silvia with the bits and bobs mentioned for 200 (also happy to leave the volcano cup for cam) : "Will come with everything pictured below, small jug, Volcano cup, Group head brush, tamp, tamping mat, blanking baskets and cleaning solutions."

Ah, but this is exactly the thing. With too much choice, what is best to do? From tracing through the forums, it's easy to pick out a couple of types of beans from a few roasters by post, which is great. I'm looking to do similar in London. Experimenting with different places is always nice, but would be good to find some favourites too! :-)
